About Apex GBC
Apex GBC is a Los Angeles construction company that grew from a small family tradition into a builder trusted with some of the city’s largest residential and commercial projects. Our founder, Nick Rasekhi, learned construction the old-fashioned way — working beside his father, watching real craftsmen build with patience, pride, and steady hands. Those early lessons created the foundation of how we work today: be honest, stay attentive, and give every project the level of care it deserves.
Over the years, what began as simple remodels and custom home projects naturally expanded. Clients started asking us to take on bigger challenges, and we grew with those opportunities. Today, Apex GBC handles large multifamily developments, sprawling single-family homes, hillside builds, and commercial spaces, while still keeping the humble, personal approach we started with.
